best value for money 3* star hotel in Paris ?

Hi! planning a city break with my husband and 2 year old baby beginning of October. We ll be travelling by Eurostar from London to Gare du Nord- so somewhere not too far from the station and quite close to the main attractions. We are looking for a 3* hotel. Anyone any hotel they want to recommend? thanks
