What are some of the BEST and most modern hotels in London and Paris?

I need the best services and most modern hotels in London and Paris.
I don’t want to go stay in a hotel that looks like its’ some crazy victorian style. I want something similar to the Mayfair hotel which is also in London. Money isn’t a concern =]

Paris has the Kube, Mamma Shelter which are pretty cool. Murano is also pretty good. The Five is pretty neat too but rather small rooms. However they have a suite you can rent which is called One by the Five which is pretty neat.

I want to go to Paris for a holiday in July, this is my very first time to go there, and I need a recommendation for a cheap hotel but comfortable.. it should be close to gay places in Paris.. any advises please?

I am staying at a hotel next to the eiffel tower, how easy would it be to get there from Paris Beauvis airport? Is there airport shuttles or anything?
